side pipes for 78???

side pipes for 78???

Does anyone know where I can find side pipes for a 1978? I have seen them before but am having a difficult time relocating them again.

These are Hooker's on my 78' I believe Patriet(sp) also sells side pipes.

Gary- do you have the mufflers in yours and how lowed is it in the car while driving?
Never had the side exhaust but always have loved the look!

Hello Dano- I have STS Spiral Turbo Baffles in mine. They do make noise when you get on it, but quiet down at cruise speed. Hooker sells a number of different muffler inserts from stock sounding (very restrictive if you are trying to build HP) to REALLY loud ones. I've tried them all and the STS met my goal.

I just put the factory pipes back on mine

I put the sidepipes on mine in 72 and after about 10 years they rusted out but I saved the covers. I just last week put them back on. I never opened the valence under the bumpers so it looks like it did then
