I have been looking for a 72 Steel Cities Gray convertible now for about a year and I finally found one. I made the purchase and I should get it next week. The car is a small block with automatic, power steering A/C and a black vinyl hard top. The car didn't have as many options as I would have liked but it is a solid car and is also a NCRS TOP FLIGHT.
The previous owner had it almost 20 years, it has new paint and a rebuilt stock motor with a mild cam and front and rear suspension has been rebuilt. They are including tank sticker owners history and receipts for work done. I still have my 69 427/435 car but living in Scottsdale, Arizona it will be nice to drive a convertible. I think I got a good deal at 24,500
Very nice, and a great deal. Love that color.
Good luck, I hope you get many years of enjoyment from her.

Any info on the "mild" cam? And how much did it help a base engine?

T-Tops are OK but here's just something special about a convertible!

Amen to that! And Steel City Gray is a fantastic color. If this car would have crossed my path when I was looking for one, I would have bought it, too at that price.
Congratulations and remember, you have to drive it to enjoy it!
