How post attachments to PM's?

Yes, but the mistake you are makiing is that you are trying to "attach." That does not work. You can include a picture with a PM the exact same way you post photos in a thread post. Upload to Photobucket (or another host service), copy the IMG link, and paste the IMG link in your PM, just like you would in a post. Presto, picture!
