C-3 Vent Windows?
Has anyone ever made an aftermarket glass wind deflector similar to the kind used on '55 to 57 Thunderbirds? Always thought that the old style
vent window vents like those used on C-2 Corvettes made open air
driving much more comfortable. The "Astro Vent" idea is fine if you're
running A/C but it's sometimes a bit much to have all that air dumped
around the sides of the windshield. For that matter most newer cars
could use vent windows too. If nobody makes them, I'd think it would
be a great accessory to have available. I wouldn't have to interfere
with normal side window operation.:cheers
