I have always found that Firebird tail lenses in the vette custom to be rather interesting, in that MY '72 was a old show car, and WAY before that custom was fairly common, the previous owner spliced in a pair of '68 Olds Delta 88 lights in place of the OEM famous dual dots....
and so to this day my vette is a ONE of olde tyme custom car....
Nope no Mako...I hit him up when that car first got posted....the tail lights look pretty good...I have a set of late 60's Firebird tail lights for my custom 69 vette...they really add to the low wide look....
The nose in the subject car was offered by Brunos I believe it was...I have seen it a few times over the years...never liked it....

plain and simple fugly and sure glad it is 1of1, sad that nice cars are destroyed by storms and things like this survive, of course to each his own and someone out there will buy it and love it, but not me
Looks like it was custom built in the mid to late 70s. The fender to hood transition looks a little sharp. The front end reminds of me of an exaggerated early 70s Camaro minus the chrome bumpers.
It appears to be a quality conversion. Plus it is flared and has a 4 speed. I bet it would not overheat on the track with that wind tunnel up front! Might shave 50 MPH of its top speed though.. The builder probably spent hundreds of hours and lots of money building it.
I like it! Haters suck!
