Rear Defrost Switch
I'm trying to find out what happened to my rear defrost switch. You can see it missing in this picture (directly under the steering column). You see the carpet coming through the rectangluar hole.
Anybody know what the part name of that panel is? I've looked on Ecklers but can't find it. Also, anyone know where I can get a replacement switch? Thanks.

From the picture (I posted this below) this is the hole for the rear defroster switch GM part number 410201.
It has been discontinued since the mid 80's.
Here is a picture of a NOS one we had. Some other member purchased the last one we had in stock about three months ago. If you are not worried about the switch or the rear defrost, you can either re-vinyl the panel or you could purchase the non-rear defrost set new.
Fixing the defrost would be my option, but finding a good used switch may be a challenge.
