Default i bought a 1977 vette

i don't know how good a deal i got but it's clean and runs good. 1977 auto, a/c, cruise, rear defrost. paint appears to be original and pin stripe and keystone wheels are period correct. the po claimed the milage was actual at 46990. i paid $10,000 what do ya think? That's a nice looking C3 ! I'm guessing you will be working under the hood to match the clean exterior. Have fun! Exciting to get a new Vette!

Nice find! Looks like the engine may be original, and has all the parts that should be there. So many 1976 and later C3s have had to many mods that would make them expensive to bring back to the point where they could be registered in all fifty states. Your vette looks like it could be registered in California without any changes. In California 1976 through 1982 C3s need to pass an inspection and smog test when brought in from out of state before they can be registered. If you keep it as is, it will retain it's value. If you make any mods, make sure to keep the original parts.

Did you get the original wheels with it?
