Hello all,i just wanted to let you know i purchased a paragon front bumper and the quality was as good or better then new and the best part is that very thing just bolted right up ,no pushing and pulling or prying,it was perfect not like the horror stories of so many people. If anybody needs a bumper ,buy from paragon, they are suppose to be made by them,u.s.a. Just thought i would share this experience.
So, where's the pics?
I'm curious to see how they compare to originals. Quite a few threads about repros and the sides sticking out to much away from the body when viewed from above.

The Paragon ones are still being stamped in Michigan, by the same company that stamped them for Chevrolet. The only difference is that Paragon now owns the rights to them (which just means they pay GM a royalty), and they do a far better chrome job, than GM ever did.

Usually this isn't a problem with the Paragon bumper. It's the one made by Keystone ($299-$325 depending on the vendor) that's notorious for this problem.

I guess your right i will try to get pics tomorrow, the sides fit perfect, and what got me was that the bolts all lined up perfect I only bought from paragon because of what others have said on here that praised them.

Yes,your right, the chrome is out of this world ,better then stock. And the bumper was as thick and straight as an arrow. My car has never been wrecked also, maybe that helps If i ever need another part ,it will be from paragon, I am totally happy with this company
I'm 'bout ready to place () another order for parts and will try Paragon. I like their (downloaded) catalog - you can blow up parts and it is still clear. I will eventially need bumpers and probably will try theirs.

Placed order Monday am and received it yesterday afternoon. A $500+ purchase qualifies for a 15%/10% or 0% discount depending on the item. Since I'm a big shooter, I paid the $5 extra for the same day quick ship.
Now to get underneath the car and install the insulation blanket in 95 degree weather

Yup, brewed just down the road, south of here in Golden, CO. Then again, I'd rather drink a Bud light if watching those kinds of carbs...
I didn't know that Paragon owned the rights for bumper repros? I've been wanting to have mine rechromed as I was aware that most reproduction units were shoddy fit.
I may just trade some more with the Paragon guys now that I know. I do love their C3 catalog a bunch for the good info they deliver, too.

I like dealing with Paragon too, but sometimes the price differences are incredible. I saw a pair of rear bumpers on fleabay for $279 and Paragon wants $405 - each! Sometimes you really have to be committed to quality!
