Default How did I get here?

Last evening I meant a nice gentleman and his wife in the parking lot of my favorite hardware store and I, in my 78 and he a new owner of an 81 but not driving it struck up a conversation. To shorten the story, he had many questions and I was late for an appointment so I was maybe a bit rude, I told him to catch me on the corvette forum and gave him my username.
Now, I'm trying to see if he arrived here and to welcome him but I found it very hard to locate where to regester. I finally found it in the "about us" area and am perplexed why it is so hidden from view and newcomers must hunt down the proper "click[on".
If this forum was my endeavor, I would have the words "Register for info and fun" right at the top of the home page in big letters.
Now, I don't remember having any trouble finding the password to join this place four years ago but I sure had trouble this afternoon.........and yes, I've had a few Bud Lights to celebrate the glorious summer finally arriving....SO, If registering is as easy as admiring my Vette and I missed it, please forgive me.

Default Try logging out.

You can't see the register tab because your already logged in and registered.

I logged out and the register tab is right there in the red menu bar on top of the page on the far left side.
