Howdy all...as anybody who has read my posts about synthetic/exotic oils knows, I am no advocate of using ridiculous expensive synthetic oil in street-driven cars, especially if you're not running the crap out of them.THAT SAID, today (June 9) I asked my son to do some service on our DD Ford Focus and he came home telling me that our local Autozone had gallon jugs of Royal Purple 15-40 on their clearance rack for $20. Again, you really have to twist my arm to use this stuff but for half price we went back down there and walked out with three gallon jugs...happy Father's Day! Apparently the mothership has decided to stop carrying it so if y'all want some ya better get down to your neighborhood AZ before it's gone...happy hunting!
