Default While in town today...PICS

I drove the vette into our small town this morn and had to stop by the local Chevy dealership and snap a few pics. The guy that owns and runs the dealership is a Corvette guy also.
The Silver Corvette is his car. The Red 79 is for sale at his dealership, and the black 80 is mine.

Yeah the 79 is a nice looking corvette, He knows his corvettes so he wont sell or buy a junk one. I am surprised that he has had the 79 for at least a month, no buyers yet. He also has a Black C-5 on the lot that was his sons. Like I say for being a very small town dealer he knows his stuff!

It looks like a step back in time. I miss the "hometown" Chevy dealer look. The modern "unified" look is more industrial and kind of cold.
Nice to see there are still some local guys left. Thanks for posting.

Is the C1 a 58 or 59, I like it. The 79 looks good in red and Ralleys.

Last I checked he was asking 8K for the 79.

1980 blue L48,
I think it is a 62, but not for sure not up to speed on my C1's. Next time i stop by there I will ask him to find out for sure.
