Same with engines. Unless buying a block to rebuild, I want to hear the engine running. Likewise, I want to feel the transmission shift smoothly. Nothing worse than spending $$ and/or your time installing crappy parts.
You think I should put an ad up with it still in the car so they could come ride in it? I would think people would want it removed and ready to go.
It's a pain to buy something and have to wait for it to be removed but a transmission pulled from a car for sale is really not much more than a core unless you can warranty it or prove that it is operating properly.
