Mini-lites are the originals (i believe) and its where Panasport took their design from. They where the main wheel back in the Trans-Am hey days of the late 60's early 70's...light and strong.
If you want the same look but in modern sizes (17" and 18") check out the V48 by Vintage Wheel Works (speak to Eli) or the LT wheel from Team III (speak to Scott). PS Engineering make a very nice version as well...but he can be somewhat difficult to get a hold of.

Thanks for the info. I like the V48s. I don't know... even though the performance benefits of a 17" wheel would be nice and those are a great looking wheel, I kind of like the retro look of the 15" Mini Lights. Tough call.
Awesome avatar pic. BMW is using the Outlands track from Tron Legacy in their new TV ads. Daft Punk is great.
Cool! If you like Daft Punk you've probably like Deadmau5? I was going to put the Deadmau5 logo on my car somewhere because I got it with a free deadmouse stuck somewhere in the firewall area. I still get a nice bit o' mouse-wiff every once and a while. We were calling it the "Stinkray" when we first got it.
By the way, I inquired on a set of 15X8 Minilights and got this prompt response from John Targett @TargettMotorSport, Ltd.
"For a set of four genuine Minilite® wheels, size 15 x 8, in traditional silver, including steel inserts, bright-finish lug nuts, and spun alloy centre caps, the base cost will be $1200 ($300 each).
To this must be added the freight costs from England.
When shipping to addresses west of the Rocky Mountains, it actually costs less to send the wheels directly by air from the Factory in England. I would estimate the freight to be $70 to $75/wheel, to be confirmed upon receipt of your order, so, your door-to-door total should not exceed $1500, provided that the freight companies do not give us a surprise.
This quote will be effective for 30 days, and thereafter subject to review in the event of currency exchange or freight rate changes.
Options include a diamond polished “highlight” rim, which looks most attractive, and a range of colours, each of which adds $20.00 per wheel. The more popular colours are anthracite (a mid-grey metallic), black (satin or gloss), white, and gold.
Since Minilite wheels are custom made to order, and of course, trans-Atlantic freight costs are incurred, a non-refundable deposit of $600 is requested to secure your spot in the production schedule. I do accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, and naturally a cheque is more than welcome!
It will be helpful if you can provide a shipping address at the time of your order, so your wheels can ship upon release from QC at Minilite.
Typical lead time from date of order to delivery is about six weeks or so."
