76 replacement steering wheel
I am adding a new steering wheel from a 78 on my 76 col. Puchased install kit from Corvette America. Since my Vett had no wheel, can anyone help on the install Corvette America sends no directions.

I don't know if these will help you or not. There is an explanation as to the unique 1976 steering wheel and blowup pics of the 1976 and 1977-82 steering wheel, telescope lock and horn systems. The paper doesn't specifically address the kit you bought from Corvette America but it will give you specific background on the 1976 (one year only) steering wheel and the 1977-82 systems.
BTW, you haven't mentioned if you have a tilt & telescoping steering column or the standard (non-adjustable) one. I assume it is a T&T.
