Well, I've been doing this for 30+ years and the best thing I found is bed sheets. Yes I know they aren't as pretty, but they are a heck of a lot easier on your paint. A car cover is a real PIA to wash and when dirty, will scratch your paint. Bed sheets are easily washed and you don't have to drag them over your paint to install them.

I got my sheets at a good will for 6.00 they are more of theme sheets, I have frosty and one with some great local sight seeing spots...
I love them....
I am getting my 71 painted now,have a covered car-port, one side is open to elements, plus entrance is open. What kind of cover would you guys recommend?
