p.s. I live in KS and was told there is only one plate per the whole state now. Not one for each county like they used to do.

Phil, I would say someone is giving you a line of B.S., as I got this plate approximately one week ago and obviously the county sticker is still present. But, that does not mean there isn't a change in the works. I just got a 1969 Kansas tag off ebay that I will be using for my permanent tag as soon as I can get back to the DMV.
