good evening, i'm considering calling about this car, is in it the ballpark pricewise? I realize it's hard to tell the condition from the advert. but what is the price range of these cars? I have a '65 and am not really up on these? 74,000 km is about 48,000 miles thanks Rob : http://ontario.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ305861715 AND what about the crossfire injection, is it a pain or pretty reliable???
his $10,250 is really not that unreasonable.
Without looking, that car will absorb $2,000 without even trying.
I'd be concerned about the condition of the graphics and paint.
I believe that had two tone seats. Need to check out the interior.
If he would take $8,500 to $9,000, it would be a home run assuming the frame is good; no hit and engine & interior check out.
I believe the '82 Collector came with a special gold colored glass T-Top.
Maybe its just the picture , but those look more like blue. Looks like an aftermarket glass T.
If the graphics are faded or scratched theres a BIG cost in replacing.
Make sure the hatch works fine. Have the tranny inspected. First year of the 700R and it was weak.
I don't know what these numbers mean but but most are way too high just like the ridiculous "NADA" prices cause people to over pay or think their car is gold!
It means that 10% sell for $6,757.98 or less, 20% for $9,522.48 or less, and so on. It also means that the lowest valued 10th percentile is worth $6,757.98 and so on based on actual sale values where I live (Michigan) today. And keep in mind that it's the Woodward Dream Cruise week - that might inflate prices temporarily. But that's what people are actually getting. NADA are a little higher because NADA only uses dealer prices.
It's funny that people will look at a subjective opinion as gold but actual sale prices are ********. Use the values or not - entirely up to you.
My gut tells me the dream cruise is adding 10% or so, but regardless - that's what people are actually getting right now in South East Michigan.
