Sermersheim's makes some of the best Corvette fiberglass parts i've ever seen. This place carries their parts:

I bought a fiberglass fan shroud directly from Sermersheim's at Bloomington years ago. It was correct right down to the logos stamped into it just as my broken original has.
They appear to use the same press molding process as GM did back in the day. They use the same black glass as your '68 should have. No hand layed one piece front end crap here.
