Can anyone with a '68 Vette equipped with telescopic steering (RPO N36) please tell me the overall diameter of the lock ring. I am trying to locate one. I think they are a smaller diameter than the '69-'82 rings. Correct me if I am wrong. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks BK3

The number which appears in the Parts and Illustration catalog is 459083. Probably the 69 - 82 part used for service, not the original.
