Anyone recall Jim Bodner Chevrolet in St. Matthews, Kentucky? I am betting my '68 convertible was delivered there before Derby Day 1968.

Mike, I found out from the NCRS Shipping Data Report my 71 was delivered to Jim Booher Chevrolet St Matthews, KY (Dealer Code 57, Zone 22). In doing some research I think the actual address was 4156 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY I believe currently there is a Mercedes dealership there, Tafel Motors. Maybe you can confirm Jim Booher's address and if the Mercedes dealership is there now.

My car was also restored in Indiana and at "Corvettes Only" in Louisville. I know this shop is no longer in business but maybe you remember it?

Thanks, Jerry

BINGO!! My Shipping Data Report also says Dealer code 57 in Zone 22. Jim Bodner Chevrolet is likely to be a typo error (microfiche might have been illegible) for Jim Booher Chevrolet.

I remember Jim Booher Chevrolet.

Small World: Our two were delivered new to the same dealer.

Very small world that our corvettes came out of the same dealer...that's pretty cool. So that Mercedes dealer is still in the same building....too bad it's still not a Chevy dealer.

One more piece of information...a document from 1961 when the dealership changed names from Pandergrass Chevrolet to Jim Booher Chevrolet.

If you come up with anthing more let me know and I'll do the same.
