all that crap about changes the first year carries is also applicable to 63`s.....and you dont hear them crying....and since when was a 68 without a spoiler...the first issue is wrong and thats without going through the list...the people without a 68 should keep there mouths shut as thats how these rumors are spread...one would think the doors were about to fall off if it was a 68 and they were thrown together....Not very many Vette owners can claim the distinction of owning a 68 as new...most of the 'C-3 owners have cars that have been sold over and over that have had back alley mechanics throw parts away..

.I`ll match my 43 year old factory gaps with anyones 69 or whatever......Its how a car was maintained not its changes...ask one off the street to identify a year and they probably cant.....in my opinion which there seems to be a lot them expressed here, and more negative that any other...GM got it right with the 68 and the later cars were just near clones of a 68 with such yearly changes as some obvious items like door panels, seat fabric texture, and some bling bling along with paint colors....Nothing wrong with my 68......

for all you 69`s, hows this for 43 year old junk?.......

......forgot, the spoiler

AMEN, Brother. I would take this '68 in a heartbeat. Very clean ride.

Gee, what a thread
I'm new to C3's but decided on the 68 for the primary reason of being the first year of a new design. The thread was based on what are the differences of a 68 to later years and much of that info was given. I do not say anything negative about any year corvette or any car even though I (we all do) have personal preferences. Kinda like colors! I'm very happy we have our 68 and its uniquness makes it just that, unique to the C3's. Oh, ironcross, NICE, very nice!
Have a great weekend!
