I never seen a two post lift with those platforms you have which allows you to lift the car from under the wheels.

Thanks, I bought the platforms from Greg Smith equipment. The supports are high enough that I can walk underneith without hitting my head. 6.0ft. For routine maintanance the platforms are much easier to use than the side arms lifting off of the frame. A big plus for me is I wanted to store the cars with the suspension in normal driving position.

Absolutely!
Those are exactly the reasons I think those platforms are so cool. That alone makes the two post lift far superior and more versatile than the four post lift in my opinion. As long as you have the ceiling height for the two post. Very cool!

The two post lifts take up less room than a 4 post. I investigated this alot before I forked out the money. We have vehicles from the Corvette, to Jeeps, to Broncos, to 1 ton trucks. The two post is a very versital lift. I have even lifted a 28' boat off of the trailer with this lift, did not even flinch. I am extreamly happy with this 10,000 lb lift. The Mustang needs to have some paint on the front valance, Nice to raise up and work on easily.
