Default request for help with the cut out

Best of all, first of all apologize for my English, if I may advise to have the problem that arose in me to the placement of the cut out.

As you can see I have cut out the following exhaust manifolds, the problem is that in that position is up to the plate from the cockpit inside the car belongs to the feet.

The problem is that the sheet has taken a slight curve, which I think is due to heat from the cut out when I open them, and the solution I see is to put a plate between the cut out and the car ... .
What do you think?

Thank you very much of a Spanish citizen and God bless America

Tres cervezas.
I am out of Spanish now. It looks like the pipe needs to be extended & turned down or possible side exit.

The op was having issues with the exhaust getting really hot and making his floorboard wavy. He was wondering what kind of thing he should install in order to cut down the heat ie a heatshield

Yes, I got it's getting the floor hot & saw the heatshield. It looks like a flange could be used & extend the pipes which would be better as the shield is going to get hot w/ the exhaust exiting there.

I have run open headers which point down some & there was not a problem, though it wasn't for hours ...
