Yes each injector has its own fuse. Look in the fuse block under the dash and you will see INJ1 and INJ2 but its really unlikely that both would blow at the same time. Can you hear the fuel pump in the tank hum for a second when you turn the ignition to the "ON" position before trying to crank? If you take the air cleaner off and have someone try to crank the car while you watch the injectors you should see fuel spray from the injectors. If you have spray, the fuses and fuel pump are OK. If the fuel pump is not running look for an inline fuse on the drivers side of the battery compartment, it should be 15amp. That fuse is for your fuel pump relay, make sure it is OK.
Just a guess, do you hear the pump? do you get fuel at the injectors?
82 fuel pump (in tank) has a small rubber line connecting the pump to the line, after time this line swells and comes lose. If you have to remove the pump go with an 85 tpi pump.
