today i took my 81 to see about new mufflers.for a more agressive sound, anyway the car was lowered down off the lift..and now when i hit the brakes it pulls drasticly to the right...is it just a coincedence or just a caliper hanging up???cause the car wasnt driven much at all..just bought it 3 weeks ago..... just baffled!!!! thanks

"Pulling" to the right indicates the right caliper is braking more than the left caliper. Something is going on in the left side brake system. Often the rubber flex brake line just before the caliper will break down internally restricting flow. When you pull your calipers down, be sure to inspect the rubber hose internals.Remove them to look thru. If they have never been changed, now is the time.
It MAY also be that the lift damaged part of the braking system . A visual inspection is in order.
