Did you make some kind of template to glass back in the area you had to cut out in the front? I have always used something like posterboard with vaseline as a releasing agent on it. Then glass it on. How did you acomplish it? It looks nicely contoured.

I ordered my L88 scoop today from Summit. Good price, perfect size and I like thier service, now to start dissassembly and sanding of the car. Adn finishing up fabbing of the custom splitter. I am ready to get to work! Drop dead date April 1st to have it done and painted for our clubs big show.

When I did mine I took a section from the center of the hood that I cut out for the scoop. I used a sliding T bevel to find and match angle of center of the nose.

Default Finished hood scoop!

Just to let you know, I went to look at the finished product under your profile->garage->"my rat" and there was only one picture and I don't think it was the finished one you intended for us to look at. FYI you have three albums and three pictures total in your public profile.
