Tire size? and pic request
Hey Guys,
First, I need a new spare tire, and I think the one I have is the original to the car. I'm thinking of keeping it as is, as garage art. So I have a chevelle rally wheel to mount a tire on but I'm running 255-60-15's all the way around and would like a spare close to that OD. Anyone running something close to that set up?
Second, I would like to see your pics of C3's with Torque-Thrust D's (with 'natural' spokes) in 15" or 16". I know most like the bigger TT2's, but I like the fat tire/vintage look. Plus I regularly drive rough blacktop/ gravel roads and cant see big inch wheels holding up to that. Here is a pic of my car when I bought it (very 1987)
