Holley 4 barrel carb question

I am running a 650cfm Holley 4 barrel carb and was wondering if there are any differences in gas mileage between carb's.

Depends on the specifics of the engine and carbs??????

stock L-82 350 Just wondering if the holleys are gas guzzlers. I'm looking to get another carb.

It does have an Edelbrock streetmaster intake.

Neither the Holley nor the Edelbrock are stock. What type of mileage are you getting?

I don't think there would be a BIG diff between one or another unless 1 was not tuned well and the other was.
I would spend the time to make sure you have the best size jets and the carb does not have any maintaince issues.

If you want better gas milage after that then look into a F/I system. You can get a TBI that will fit your intake or spend more for multi-port.

The Holley Spreadbores do very well on gas as long as you can keep your foot out of it. They have the puny primaries like the Quadrajets. Of course I can't keep my foot out of it
