Default Part name help needed

I am making sure I have all the parts in place before I re-install my front clip of the 72. When I fixed the windshield frame, there were 2 parts that were riveted to the outside lower window frame. they pointed toward the outside of the car on each side. not the windshield spacer.

for lack of better description they look like the old move projectors with the double reels on top, or micky mouse like. I know real technical description

Anyone know what these are called, and what are they for??

Gm p/n 3926326 can be found in the assembly manual on UPC 1, sheet A6 and was called a "Stop" by GM.

You'll also notice the note included in the AIM... Must Be Installed! I'm not sure if I have any of the stops and the only way you'll find them is used.
