Cool...looks like it would plug at least two luggage rack holes all by itself

Seriously, I bet it would look good in red, too. I want to paint the car a candy apple red with a retro metal flake look that makes you think of Cheech and Chong and the era when this car was born....

I'd like one like it, but the COTS products I've seen start at about $500. I'd rather buy a case of luke-cold Mexican beer, a case of prophylactics and have a night on the town...and $350 left afterwards.

Seriously, if I could find one like it for a "reasonable enough" price, I'd buy it and use it. I may end up having to make something custom and learn the whole world according to SMC for myself. It would be neat to see a couple of different angles of it, but I like the fact (IMO) that it goes well with the factory rear bumper cover...which we found was a **** to get off At least now I know why the Corvette Summer car had such an ugly rear end...somebody didn't want to put it back on!

alan is right about how to fill the holes. The only problem with filling the holes is after some time you can almost always see them under some lighting conditions. i have seen people use chrome plugs or black plugs to cover the holes. just my .02
