Default Engine ID conformation please

I've done some reseach but really not confident:

194678 block 2 bolt main

front pad #'s : V0807HC 18F148185

I'm thinking it's a 69 350 but was told it's a 68 327

So I could use some expertise please,

Thanks

It's not Corvette. HC is 66-68 passenger car 327 275 hp. Could be 69 350 for Camaro, Nova, El Camino.

Plant code F is for Fresno, California, I beleive.

68 Corvettes are stamped 18S4xxxxx
