Default Personal License plate

I may have the privilege of picking up my first vette this week and I was just looking at available license plates. Would you be able to guess what this means:

75 BLRY

IL has weird requirements for antique plates. I thought this one was pretty neat, but wanted to make sure people would know what it meant.

The double meaning is like one on an old Harley I had. BKFRK - Bike Freak but I was told time and time again that I must like Burger King over McDonalds
