Default 1970 lt1 block

I am thinking of selling the 1971 block my dad had built and used in his 71 corvette for racing. The motor had solid lifters and ran to 7k rpmsbut was blue printed and balanced. I took it out and hope to get the stock motor and heads back in the car. Ihad interest in this motor before when it was not for sale. Depending on the value I may sell it now. I also have heads for it that are off and it sits in the corner of the garage. It would undoubtly need a go through if not a rebuild. Any ideas on it, it is a 350 motor.

Pics of the pad numbers, block casting dates, carb, intake, heads etc... will help in getting you an answer.

it is a used 350 that I would be purchasing with no warrantee and sold as is. i would hesitate to even consider a engine that has been raced and 'ran to 7K' .
maybe a minor premium if the heads and intake/carb are anything special.

it will cost more to crate up and ship than it is worth..

Sounds like I might as well just keep it, wrap it up and save it for something down the road.

Thanks for the replies.

I am curious, why do you think it is a 70 LT-1?

That is what I was told, my dad blew the stocker and bought this for the car.
