Dash Repair
The right side of my dash on the side where it screws on by the door has came apart. It was this way when I bought it. I added a long piece of metal to hold it, but it looks teriible with the door open. The dash is in great shape otherwise and I don't really want to replace it, if I can more or less repair this. Has anyone had this issue or know of a repair? Thanks. Jeff

Big City Corvettes has second hand dash pads at reasonable prices. Might be easier to re-color or get one the same from them?

My passenger side dash was cracked, there maybe some kind of cement or bonding compound that will repair it but I could not find it, it kept breaking. I waited to find a used one at my price. I got one in great shape for $20.00 the color was maroon different than my current interior. I dyed it at the same time I redyed the rest of my dash I think it came out rather well.

I made a nice pattern, and had a polished stainless peice made that covers it all up. It's really nice, most other vette owners ask me where I got it because it looks so nice.
