Did the upgraded interior package on a 75 include the woodgrain insert on the shifter console? Thanks.

Yes. In addition to leather upholstery, the option included cut pile carpet, trim and carpet on the lower door panels, wood grain inserts in the door panels, and (possibly) leather look sun visors.
