Default Trading Sidepipe Inserts

I have a pair of Hooker maxflow inserts with around 500 miles on them and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in trading me some with a smaller diameter to reduce the noise a little. I will get pics up when I get home later tonight.

Have a brand new set of the quieter inserts (reverse flow?). I bought them just in case the spiral augers were to loud, they're not. I'll measure the center core diameter and let you know.

Update
They are reverse flow inserts. The center pipe is 1-3/4" diameter and offset to the side on the inlet and offset 180 degrees on the outlet side.

I've thought of replacing my max-flos with the glasspacks, but I know from experience how restrictive they are.

The max-flos have a 2-1/2" inch core.
The glasspacks have a 2" core.
The reverse flows have a 1-3/4" core.

Do the math.

I should probably clarify my statements. The glasspack mufflers would probably work fine with a stock smallblock. My experience was using them with a 450 hp smallblock that would turn 7500 rpm (max-flos didn't exist at the time). The glasspacks took away at least 50 hp compared to open exhaust.

Im still not sold on the reverse flows just because of how people have been talking about them. I have a 2002 grand cherokee with super 44 on will they be quieter than that?

I don't know what super 44's sound like but reverse flows are very quiet.

the reverse flows are extremely quiet and extremely restrictive resulting in very measureable seat of the pants disappointment. Have them sitting in my garage and switched to STS, felt like a different engine after the switch.
