Default sterring wheel
1990 vette coupe horns not working need to remove steering wheel
how do you remove said steering wheel all fuses are good horns work
was told problem in steering wheel

The C4 folks can probably help you. Do you have the GM service manual for your 90?

yes but it seems the air bag is the big problem
