1982 corvette emissions test help

My 1982 corvette smells really strong and produces a lot of exhaust. I have a modified exhaust system. It has true dual exhaust and I was wondering what kind of emissions tests a 1982 corvette would have to go through in Texas.

My engine is also modified. It is still the 350 V8 but i dont have the cross-fire injection in it. its carberated.

Check with your inspection station, But in Texas I think vehicles 25 years and older are exempt from emissions testing.

Ill see when i go to get it inspected. i get my license in August so Ill find out but i was just wodering if anyone knew. And if that is the case thatll be great.
