Seals? Do you mean the weatherstripping? If that is so go to NAPA or Autozone and get a large tube of 3M weatherstripping adhesive. Check the fitment of the weatherstrip to the place it is to be applied then coat the weatherstrip and the car let it tack up and set a bit then stick the weatherstrip on and hold it in place with blue painter's tape. Have the painter's tape already torn in small strips makes it a lot easier!

Check the AIM but, for the most part, no additional sealant was used. 3M weatherstrip cement is what you want. There may be a strip of caulk on the windhsield post trim.
