Vacuum headlight questions??
Ok, on my 82 I rebonded the nose brace and finalized everything as far as adjustments ect. I no longer have the vacuum canister but when the car is running and you give it gas the left headlight door starts to pull down. Then in the closed postion the headlight doors are perfectly flushed but as soon as you turn off the car the lights rise maybe a 1/16 of an inch.. Is all this because I don't have a vacuum storage? Or do I have a vacuum relay going bad. I didn't remove any vacuum lines except from the pods.

You generally lose vacuum at higher engine RPMs. This loss of vacuum affecting the headlights could mean you're missing a check valve or the check valve you have is failing, or that as you suspect you have a relay failing. You can check this by isolating, and testing with a vacuum gun.
