Door won't open from inside. 1968
Hmm..... less than 100 miles on "old Thirsty" and the "teething pains" begin.
The drivers door will just barely open from the inside if you pull hard enough on the lever (way too hard to be right). It opens fine from the outside.
It's been over 20 years since I pulled off a door panel.
How to remove the window crank and the lock button?
Do I need a special tool(s) or is there a workaround.
Once I get the panel off - what am I likely to look for?
(68-77 all use pretty much the same stuff on this)
-W (don't even have it aligned and buffed yet and "the fun" begins.)
