Sorry Sarge, I've been at it for about 5 years now and I don't post that often. I bought the car from a guy who started a frame off then lost interest. After I bought it I found it did not have the original motor and the bird cage was not in very good shape. So I decided I would build it the way I wanted. So I had the frame re-done with all the strengthing mods, steeroids, performance plus suspension, 06 LS2/4l65 with march pully system and numerous other upgrades. Now I just need to remember how to get it back together.
The album shows an incredible transformation. From following some of these other LS transplants, yours seems to be the easier way to get things situated!!! I visit an old school friend in Port Elgin every summer, would be nice to get together for a coffee and see your build in person if you're up for it.

Wow, nice looking work!
I went through your photos from beginning to end and your work is quite impressive. While flipping from one photo to the next it is easy to forget how much work goes between each one.

Thanks guys, its been a bit of a job to get this far. Brian the coffee sounds great, but we are getting ready to move down near Kingston and the car is already down there.

No worries.....hopefully you're on the road by next summer, and maybe we'll hook up then. All the best, hope the move goes smoothly.

It's to bad you haven't shared much of this build here on the forum with a running thread, you have done a lot of nice work. I Your car will be extremely nice once you have it finished.
Keep up the the fantastic level of work, I hope we see more of the build as you progress.
by the way, what brand of headers did you go with on the LS? do they hang below the level of the transmission by much? Mine are Melrose, and I hate how low they are, looking for a better set.
thanks guys, the headers were from speedhound. I don't have a picture from the bottom but when I get back to where the car is I will snap a pic for you. As for the photo's the wife is the photographer in the family and I think she just shot in raw with a D90.
