Amp hook up
Stupid question...how the crap is everyone getting their amp power wire hooked to the side post of the battery?? I dont have space on the retaining bolt...
also, any issue with running the negative to the battery as well or does anyone know if a good ground in the back that can handle the amp pull?

I've got a top post and the ground is back to the battery -.
You could also pull ground back to the frame under the battery compartment where the negative battery bolts to the frame.
Just make sure you have the proper in-line fuse between the battery and your amp and correct gauge wire.

I ran to the store and got one extender and a battery quick disconnect for the negative side...for storage. Amp is hooked up and running. 40amp In lIne fuse installed as well. Now to make my shelf to hang the amp on so I can get the T Tops in the back still. I wont leave home without them.
