I looked at buying one (by the way, they are back order until the 23rd), but decided in the end not to as the speaker quality isn't great, and I think I'm going to make my own version with better components.
I just put this in my 76, As was mentioned its not the best quality you can get but I think its adequate. I also put in 2 4x6 pioneer 3 ways in the dash, the sound is very acceptable. I mounted it as high as it will go and you cant see it untill you put your head in the storage compartment. For the money its not bad.

Awesome.....any chance of posting a vid with sound????
Thanks very much for the offer, but there's no need to go to that trouble. I will ask you though, what unit do you have to drive the speakers - overall output power would be helpful. I'm looking at a vintage radio deck that has the MP3 wire that I can hide in the glove box. I think it is 200 watts total power (50x4) so true RMS would probably be around 18-25 watts, which is fine for me........hence why I figured that sound bar should work.
Do you find it adequate for sound quality when you are running with the tops off? For me personally, I listen to sports radio more than anything.....so as long as I can hear the ballgame I'm good.
Brian, I think I put in the same radio, the mp3 jack is nice but the radio isn't the best either, but its adequate. It looks good. Came from ecklers for around $350. I guess there are bertter repros out there. As for the tops off, hard to hear anything over 60+ mph. I have music on my Harley and loose it at the same speed.
If I took a pic of it you wouldn't see anything. I installed it high up against the deck. You have to stick your head completely in the storage compartment to seeit at all. I prefer a clean look.
