Looks like possibly a stock replacement to me. Gear clamps are not stock and that's usually a good indicator the hose has been replaced. Overall shape is pretty good.
My vote is they are the stock hoses and judging from the alligator skin texture they are indeed GM. Not originals, but over the counter replacements. I blew the picture up and if you look hard you can see what might be a marking on the top of the hose. Can't tell for sure..
The original hoses had that same texture and this was something not found on aftermarket manufacture's hoses. They were smoother... (at least I've never seen aftermarket hoses with the right texture, even the repro's today are smoother)

Thank you.. I've been playing hooky.. My niece decided to enter the Corvette Craze and bought a 76.... unbeknownst to me........
She wore those big girl pants that all parents hate! I've spent the last five days helping my shop weld in new floor boards, fix a/c, repair the windshield frame... fabricate rear seat mounting brackets, free up old tired seat belts... and I'd probably better stop there.
Yeah.. those big girl pants are gonna cost her.... and me. But she's a big girl now so there starts the lesson.

Hey Ernie?
The hoses came today. The bottom one is dead on spring and all.
However, the TOP hose is about 2 inches shorter than the one that's in there.
Laying them together, it seems that the "shortness" is at the thermostat end of the hose. I might be able to stretch it to fit - but it would be "close" - and strange.
Now assuming the hose you sent is correct - then we need to figure out what's amiss on my car? Can you look at the pics again and see?
Please note, that the hose that is in there now is of a perfect length. So if it's the "wrong hose" currently in there - I'd like to figure out what (or why) it really is and do a swap.
PS: I called your staff and read the number off my old hose as best as I could - then wiped it OFF trying to clean it to see it better.
Thanks -W

I'll be in Maine, and Mass... Olgunquit and York Beach area for Maine and Boston (Northside food rocks) I'll probably head up the Kenebunkport and go to Mabel's. They have a huge stuffed Lobster that is to die for.
