I found mine as well, it was in Bowling Green stored on a computer. It cost me $95.00 bucks to get a copy of it as well as a nice laminated window sticker mailed to me.
Those things were originally stuffed all over the car. If it hasn't been taken apart in the past, there might be one under carpeting, under the seats, in the dash, etc.
Mine was under the passenger side carpet in the floor well. Trouble is it was'nt actually mine, it was from a car 20 VIN's earlier than mine, someone at the factory must have found it on the floor and threw it in the nearest car on the line. The one on my tank was in worse shape than this one.
