Default fml...my order

ME:1st may, vendor can i please order a shim kit, t,top rubber and a receiver/dryer

VENDOR: 2nd May ,your order has been completed and you should recieve it in 7-10 business days.

ME :3rd May , holy smoke its only travelling 2 states, is it going by horseback?

VENDOR: 4th May , Sir we allow 7 -10 days in case a part is not in stock and we can source the part.

ME : 14th May , Vendor it has been 10 business days and my order has not arrived , should it take this long?

VENDOR : 16th May . Sir your order is being shipped today in full, the receiver/drier is a discontinued part and we have sourced it. It will arrive in a separate package.

Now im really pi**ed at this because first they said my order is complete and being shipped so i was happy at that stage as the order seems to be going as it should , then two weeks later they say my order is being sent in full 15 days after they said it had originally been shipped. Yet in the very next sentence they say the drier is coming from elsewhere. what a load is S**T. A total lack of communication on their part because the items i ordered were listed as ''in stock'' on the site and if they werent i should have been told they werent and given the option to ship everything else. Is it really shipped this time????? Too bad cause i was relying on that shim kit for this weekend .

that happens, whenever I order, I call, ask if the item is actually in stock or if they have to order it after I order it from them. I live 'bout 40 miles from a vender who doesnt support this site. They would tell me that a part listed on their site was no longer available , I'd call around to a few of the venders on this site and find that the part was readily available, just not from them. The shipping policies of the different venders varies, and is what it is, and most of them post those policies on their site or catalog. but I found with that phone call I became a person. Also the phone sales folks are usually on a commission, who recieve the commission only on completed, shipped orders and will tell you when they have to back order something.. Hope this helps.
