I would call Willcox corvettes and ask for the best kit. It might cost a little more than other kits but the weatherstripping is softer and more pliable like the original. Many people on this forum are happy they went this route.
they have cheaper kits, but the money is well spent on the better ones. I have some door weather strips that were taken off my car when it was painted(they were new about 2 yrs ago) also some t-top strips.
It's not a restoration quality choice, but rolls of 3M universal weatherstripping are the low cost option that I went with... The kits are way over $200 anywhere you look, and I'd rather put the money I saved into my gas tank.
The 3M stuff had an adhesive strip on it and works great for me- no leaks and it was under $100 to do my doors and hood with 3 six or eight foot rolls of it.
Get this stuff. Bought kit from another forum vendor and it was crap. Ended up buying pillar posts and rear door strips from Willcox because the other stuff is so soft and sticky, the windows don't work well. Wish I would have bought the whole kit from Willcox. This stuff is so much better than the others out there and it works.

Would like to see some pics of how it turned out. No whistling? Doors/Windows close just fine? Appearance? What is the 3M part number or name? Unfortunately the OP wants to do everything which I assume includes the T Tops. Tops can be a major source of leaks which can lead to floor pans or birdcage rust pretty quick.
Going cheap on weatherstripping in my experience causes more heartache and headaches that the money saved. Doors don't close easy, lots of adjusting to find the right 'compromise' position for the window adjustments, Ttops that don't sit in their right position, door slamming to get them to close properly, leaks. The extra money you spend on the Latex will come back to you fast in time saved in not having to spend days re-adjusting windows, doors and tops, less wind noise and water leaks. A lot of the quality you and others will attach to your car has a lot to do with the way the panels and doors fit, open and close.
