Getting Ready For New Paint
Just preparing my 69 vert for some new paint. It had a body off around
12 to 13yrs ago, but has developed a few stress fractures in the body
which have been repaired. It also has a problem in both rear guards
where the bumper bolts through the guard, looks like the PO reshaped
the mounting holes to allow the bumpers to mount 'correctly'
.Has anyone got a picture of how the bolt hole should look and know
what the size of the hole should be?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
Mark
PS. I'll post some pics of the 'bubba' alterations later this evening AEST (Australian Eastern Std Time).

drill hole for plenty bolt clearance.
the bottom of the hole area should not extend that far down.
