1982 vette will not charge
my 82 corvette will not charge .some times i race the engine it wiii come up & stay until i shut it down then it will not charge again . alt & batt are new ,is there a relay some where

I'm not certain you have a problem. Does the car start when you turn the ignition switch? If so, you have battery power to start the car. With the engine running, the alternator will charge the battery. If a charge is needed, the voltmeter should show it charging. 13 is normal.
